Dimensions (1 inch = 1 foot): The footprint of the house is 31 inches x 16 1/4 inches. The overall height from the base to the roof peak (foundation not included) is 29 inches, from base to bottom of roof is 18 1/4. The pitch of the roof is 45 degrees.
General architectural style: Early American.
Doors and windows: The front door and five windows are butt finish. The door opening is 3 1/2 x 7 5/8; window openings are 2 5/8 x 5 1/8. There are no windows or doors in the sides of the house.
Siding: Painted wood clapboards.
Roofing: Asphalt shingles.
Porch: Bricked stoop at front door.
Foundation: Undecided.
Lighting: Brass coachlights on either side of the front door.
Landscaping: No current plans to landscape.
Miscellaneous: Undecided.
Comments: The house kit did not come with any materials for exterior finishing. Besides the pre-cut plywood walls and roof, only the unassembled front door and windows were included. Everything else will be added by me.
